Healthy-eating-poster-competition.jpg

We’ve found a good way to start a conversation with our children about healthy eating.

Posters!

Why don’t you try it for yourself.

If you have children at home, especially those between 6-10 years of age, here is what you can do:

  • Ask your child to take an A4 sheet of paper and fold into half.
  • On one half, ask her to draw and colour food items that she thinks are healthy.
  • On the other half of paper, ask her to draw and colour items that she considers to be unhealthy.

See what your child comes up with. We’ve found this to be quite an eye opener!

Let us know how it turns out using the social icons below. Or, you can also write to us.

We’ll post your contributions and everyone else’s on this site!
